Delivery & Shipping Information:

Widmer Feeds can only deliver to mainland UK at this time. Please email alice@widmer.co.uk to arrange delivery outside this area as additional postage fees will be charged.
 
Delivery charges are calculated automatically for each individual item.The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page or you can choose to collect in store at no cost. The delivery charge is calculated by using each individual items weight.

Orders placed from the following postcodes will also have a surcharge added to the cost of shipment due to the higher prices we have to pay to deliver to these areas.

Sorry but we are unable to deliver to Jersey and Guernsey at the present time.

Returns

We offer a 100% satisfaction policy. If you are not happy with your purchase please email us on alice@widmer.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to return your item to us. You will receive a refund for the item purchased minus the delivery charge that it cost us to send the item to you. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is received by us in the condition that we sent it out in. It is also your responsibility to pay the shipping costs to return the item to us.
