TopChop Zero is a natural product made from British chopped oat straw with added apple flavour and mint to enhance palatability.
It is designed for horses and ponies that are overweight and need an exceptionally low-calorie source of mature forage. Horses and ponies can pick away steadily at TopChop Zero when they no longer have access to grass or hay or even haylage.
By doing this they will ensure a supply of fibre to the microflora in their hindgut during periods when otherwise there would be no forage supply e.g. from late evening until morning stables. This will be of huge benefit to the horse’s digestive health.
The formula for TopChop Zero was tested and developed at the Middle Park Equine Research Centre and has been approved by the nutritional team for use in most horses.
It is ideal for overweight horses and ponies, horses and ponies that have to eat haylage that is too ‘rich’ for them, often resulting in loose droppings, overweight horses and ponies prone to, being treated for or recovering from laminitis.

Local Van Delivery. If you live within a 15 mile radius of the store we offer a free van delivery service on orders over £40. This service is completely contactless and we aim to have your order with you in 2-3 working days. Perfect for bulky feed or bedding deliveries.

Royal Mail Delivery. We use Royal Mail for our national delivery service. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. Please see table below. Unfortunately we cannot ship items over 15kg outside of our local delivery area.

Returns Policy
No quibble returns policy. Simply email help@widmer.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return an item. Then all we need is the item posted back to us with a copy of your invoice and what you would like to happen ie return for refund or exchange and we will get this processed for you in 3-5 working days. Safety items such as hats and body protectors may not be returned due to Health & Safety reasons, we highly recommend you have them fitted in-store.
